The Bottled Phoenix makes no guarantee, express or implied, that you will achieve any specific result, outcome, or benefit from participating in any coaching program, assessment, or service we offer. Every client's situation, circumstances, commitment level, effort, and life context are different. Results described on this website, in testimonials, in program descriptions, or in any communications from The Bottled Phoenix represent the outcomes of specific individuals and do not represent typical, average, or guaranteed results.
Behavioral change, sobriety, leadership development, relationship repair, and professional performance improvement are complex outcomes influenced by many factors, the vast majority of which are entirely within your control and entirely outside of ours. These factors include but are not limited to:
The Bottled Phoenix cannot and does not promise that you will stop drinking, maintain sobriety, save your marriage, improve your professional performance, avoid relapse, repair family relationships, or achieve any other specific outcome.
Any testimonials, case references, or client statements appearing on this website or in our marketing materials represent the genuine experiences of specific individuals. These statements are not fabricated. However:

If you require any of the above, please seek those services from appropriately licensed professionals. We will not attempt to fill that role, and we are honest about that limitation.
Heavy alcohol use exists on a spectrum. For some individuals, it is a behavioral habit amenable to structure, accountability, and behavioral intervention. For others, it involves physical dependence that requires medically supervised detoxification before any behavioral work can begin. We do not provide medical detox and will refer any client who appears to require medical detox to appropriate clinical services before commencing a coaching engagement.
We are transparent that for some individuals, our services may not be the right or complete solution. We are more interested in appropriate fit than in enrollment, and we reserve the right to decline or end any engagement where we believe clinical care is more appropriate.
Any descriptions of programs, outcomes, timelines, or capabilities on this website represent our genuine intentions and beliefs about what our services offer. They are not guarantees of specific results and should not be interpreted as legally binding commitments to any particular outcome. Individual experience will vary.
By engaging with The Bottled Phoenix's website, programs, or services, you acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. You understand that coaching is a tool, one that requires your active engagement to work, and that no coach, program, or framework can substitute for your own commitment and effort.
If you have any questions about what our programs can or cannot offer, please ask them before enrolling. We are direct about what coaching is, what it is not, and whether it is appropriate for your situation. Contact us via the Contact page.
