Earnings & Results Disclaimer

1. No Guarantee of Results

The Bottled Phoenix makes no guarantee, express or implied, that you will achieve any specific result, outcome, or benefit from participating in any coaching program, assessment, or service we offer. Every client's situation, circumstances, commitment level, effort, and life context are different. Results described on this website, in testimonials, in program descriptions, or in any communications from The Bottled Phoenix represent the outcomes of specific individuals and do not represent typical, average, or guaranteed results.

2. Individual Results Vary

Behavioral change, sobriety, leadership development, relationship repair, and professional performance improvement are complex outcomes influenced by many factors, the vast majority of which are entirely within your control and entirely outside of ours. These factors include but are not limited to:

  • Your commitment to and consistency of participation
  • The depth and honesty of your engagement during sessions and accountability check-ins
  • Your personal history, psychological makeup, and neurobiological factors
  • Co-occurring mental health conditions or substance dependence severity
  • Your life circumstances, professional environment, and support network
  • Your willingness to make difficult changes in your daily behavior and environment
  • Whether you simultaneously engage with appropriate clinical or medical support when warranted
  • External factors entirely beyond anyone's control

The Bottled Phoenix cannot and does not promise that you will stop drinking, maintain sobriety, save your marriage, improve your professional performance, avoid relapse, repair family relationships, or achieve any other specific outcome.

3. Testimonials and Client Statements

Any testimonials, case references, or client statements appearing on this website or in our marketing materials represent the genuine experiences of specific individuals. These statements are not fabricated. However:

  • They may not represent typical results
  • They reflect the experiences of clients who engaged fully and consistently with the program
  • They are not a guarantee that you will experience similar results
  • Results achieved by others are not a predictor of your results

Where client identities are referenced, they have provided consent. In cases where clients have requested anonymity, identifying details have been changed or omitted.

4. Not Financial, Medical, or Legal Advice

Nothing on this website or communicated during any coaching program constitutes financial advice, medical advice, legal advice, or any other form of licensed professional advice. Specifically:

  • Not medical advice: No content on this site or in our programs should be construed as medical advice. We do not recommend, prescribe, or advise on medications, medical treatments, or clinical interventions. Any health-related decisions you make are your own and should be made in consultation with a qualified medical professional.
  • Not clinical or therapeutic advice: Coaching is not therapy. We do not provide mental health diagnoses, clinical assessments, or therapeutic interventions. We are not licensed mental health professionals, and our services do not constitute mental health treatment.
  • Not legal advice: Any discussion of legal matters during coaching is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.
  • Not financial advice: Any discussion of business, career, or financial matters during coaching is general in nature and does not constitute financial or investment advice. Consult a qualified financial professional for financial matters.

5. Professional Services This Is Not

The Bottled Phoenix is explicitly not:

  • A licensed alcohol or substance abuse treatment program
  • A 12-step program or peer recovery program
  • A licensed mental health service
  • A clinical intervention or medically supervised detox program
  • A relapse prevention program as defined under any clinical or regulatory standard
  • A hospital, treatment center, or healthcare provider

If you require any of the above, please seek those services from appropriately licensed professionals. We will not attempt to fill that role, and we are honest about that limitation.

6. The Nature of Alcohol Use and Behavioral Change

Heavy alcohol use exists on a spectrum. For some individuals, it is a behavioral habit amenable to structure, accountability, and behavioral intervention. For others, it involves physical dependence that requires medically supervised detoxification before any behavioral work can begin. We do not provide medical detox and will refer any client who appears to require medical detox to appropriate clinical services before commencing a coaching engagement.

We are transparent that for some individuals, our services may not be the right or complete solution. We are more interested in appropriate fit than in enrollment, and we reserve the right to decline or end any engagement where we believe clinical care is more appropriate.

7. Forward-Looking Statements

Any descriptions of programs, outcomes, timelines, or capabilities on this website represent our genuine intentions and beliefs about what our services offer. They are not guarantees of specific results and should not be interpreted as legally binding commitments to any particular outcome. Individual experience will vary.

8. Your Responsibility

By engaging with The Bottled Phoenix's website, programs, or services, you acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. You understand that coaching is a tool, one that requires your active engagement to work, and that no coach, program, or framework can substitute for your own commitment and effort.

9. Questions

If you have any questions about what our programs can or cannot offer, please ask them before enrolling. We are direct about what coaching is, what it is not, and whether it is appropriate for your situation. Contact us via the Contact page.
