The Bottled Phoenix provides private, high-intensity coaching and accountability services. By their nature, these services involve significant preparation, founder time, and commitment of capacity before and upon commencement. As a result, our fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
We take enrollment seriously and expect clients to as well. The intake and assessment process is designed to ensure strong fit before any significant investment is made. If you have questions about whether our services are right for your situation, please reach out before purchasing, not after.
The Phoenix Executive Reset Assessment fee ($500) is non-refundable once the intake form has been submitted and the diagnostic call has been scheduled. This fee covers founder time for review, preparation, and delivery of the diagnostic session and written summary.
If you cancel your diagnostic call before it occurs and have not yet submitted your intake form, please contact us to discuss your options. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled call are non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
Assessment credit: The $500 Assessment fee is credited in full toward the Phoenix Executive Reset if you enroll within 30 days of receiving your written assessment summary.
The Phoenix Executive Reset is a 31-day private engagement. The full fee ($12,500) is due prior to the start of the engagement.
Payment plans: If you are enrolled on a payment plan, all remaining installments remain due regardless of early termination. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and unpaid installments may be pursued through collections.
The same terms as the Core Reset apply, with the following addition: given the higher degree of customization and founder preparation involved in the Concierge tier, cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled start date (rather than 7) forfeit 50% of the fee. All other terms are identical to the Core Reset policy above.
Phoenix Sentinel is a month-to-month engagement. There is no long-term commitment. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.
Phoenix Executive Command is a 90-day private engagement. The fee is due prior to commencement.
THE FORGE is a cohort-based program. Enrollment holds a spot in a limited group (maximum 8 men).
In the rare event that The Bottled Phoenix must cancel or suspend a program due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including serious illness, family emergency, or other force majeure events), we will work with affected clients to reschedule or provide a credit equal to the pro-rated value of services not yet delivered. Cash refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis in these circumstances.
We reserve the right to terminate an engagement at our sole discretion if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or dishonest behavior, or if we determine that a higher level of clinical care is more appropriate. In such cases, a prorated credit for unused services will be provided, but no cash refund is guaranteed.
By enrolling in any program, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of this agreement and of our Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to dispute all such chargebacks with supporting documentation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the Contact page or by direct email. The date of your written request determines which cancellation tier applies. Verbal requests are not accepted. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 2 business days.
